We’re committed to reducing our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 63%, accelerating Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) and carbon offsetting initiatives, reducing our Scope 3 emissions by 2034 and progressing towards carbon net zero across our value chain by 2040.

Leverage our expertise, resources, and reach to narrow the digital divide by partnering with 10 community-based organizations that support historically marginalized communities, and engaging 70% of employees through giving and volunteerism by 2025.

Drive high workforce engagement and trust by maintaining a >90% employee engagement score, achieving 100% employee participation in diversity, equity, and inclusion training, and reaching 40% employee participation in our Business Employee Resource Groups by 2025.

Our ESG Data Center

All of our ESG reporting is in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Workiva prioritized submitting disclosures to CDP and EcoVadis in 2022 due to stakeholder requests. As global frameworks evolve, we will continue to evaluate alignment to GRI and SASB.

Employee Data

 

2022 Training

  • 100% of employees complete General Security Awareness, or Technical Security Awareness training based on their position within the company on an annual basis. New hires are required to complete training within 5 days of hire date

  • 100% of employees complete code of conduct training, annually

  • 100% of employees complete anti corruption and bribery training, annually

  • 100% of new hires are required to complete securities trading training within 5 days of hire date

  • 100% of employees complete workplace harassment training, annually

  • 500 manager and above level employees have been trained in Inclusive Leadership Training, we are continuing to expand it for all our employees to be trained
